※Investment plan (design life): selct floor according to expected service life avoid unnecessary refurbishment.

※Loading and mechanical condition: mechanical property of selcted flooring system should satisfy loading and traffic requirement when in service.

※Special operational requirement: the selcted floor system should meet expected operation requirement such as anti-static, anti-cprrosion etc.

※Substrate condition: concrete structure and strength condition should be compatible with selcted floor.

※Cost: selct the most cost-effective floor solution provided that the above requirements are fulfilled.
